Service Delivery Policy

Last Updated: August 16, 2026

At WebFolix, we provide digital services that are delivered online. Since our services are intangible, no physical products are shipped to clients.

This Service Delivery Policy explains how and when our services are provided after an order or payment is received.

1. Digital Service Delivery

WebFolix provides services such as:

  • Website design and development

  • WordPress website development

  • SEO services

  • Google Ads management

  • Meta Ads management

  • Digital marketing services

  • Digital marketing consultation

  • Other services agreed upon with the client

All services are delivered digitally through email, online communication, project management tools, website access, or other agreed communication methods.

2. Service Start Time

For projects requiring an advance payment, work will generally begin after:

  • The required payment has been received.

  • The project scope has been confirmed.

  • The necessary content, information, and access have been provided by the client.

The actual start date may vary depending on the project and availability.

3. Website Projects

Website projects are delivered according to the timeline agreed in the applicable proposal or quotation.

The timeline may depend on:

  • Project complexity

  • Number of pages and features

  • Client feedback and approvals

  • Content and images provided by the client

  • Required third-party integrations

  • Hosting, domain, or technical requirements

Client delays in providing required information, content, approvals, or access may result in a corresponding change to the delivery timeline.

4. SEO and Digital Marketing Services

For recurring services such as SEO, digital marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads management, services generally begin after the required payment, account access, and necessary information have been received.

The specific activities and reporting schedule will depend on the agreed service package.

SEO and advertising services are ongoing processes and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.

5. Deliverables

Depending on the service purchased, deliverables may include website files, website access, reports, campaign setup, marketing materials, strategy documents, or other agreed outputs.

Final project deliverables may be provided after the applicable project requirements and payments have been completed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, branding materials, account access, approvals, and other resources required to complete the service.

Failure to provide required information or access may delay service delivery.

7. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, plugins, themes, software, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other external platforms.

Delivery timelines may be affected by third-party approvals, technical issues, outages, account restrictions, or other circumstances outside WebFolix’s reasonable control.

8. No Physical Shipping

WebFolix does not normally ship physical products as part of its digital services.

All services and deliverables are provided electronically unless a different arrangement is specifically agreed in writing.

9. Service Completion

A service will generally be considered delivered when the agreed deliverables have been provided or the agreed service period has been completed.

For ongoing monthly services, delivery will take place throughout the applicable billing period according to the agreed scope of work.
